If you can’t find the answer to your question below or in the FAQs then please contact us at support@kubify.co
ABPCO is partnering with Kubify (an ABPCO member) to give ABPCO Awards Finalists the opportunity to showcase their work at the Awards event (and beyond!). Each finalist will be able to use Kubify’s Learning Toolbox to create an ePoster showcasing their work.
The finalists’ ePosters will be promoted on a showcase website and will also be available onsite, so that everyone can find out more about the excellent work that led to them being an ABPCO Awards finalist.
The Kubify ePosters are essentially a place (we call it a stack) where you can add and arrange any materials (videos, documents, websites, social media links and more) that you have that explain the work you have done. It’s a chance to be a little creative as well as a way of showcasing and sharing your work.

The invite to make your ePoster
On Monday 12th October finalists will be sent an invite link that allows them to make their ePoster stack. The email will come from mail@ltb.io so please add that email address and the support address (support@kubify.co) to your Contacts.Â
Support if you need it
It’s an easy process, but you will also have all the support you need. Kubify will run a short webinar at 2pm on Monday 19th October showing people how to make the ePoster stack. This webinar will be recorded and the recording added to the Support Page for the ABPCO ePosters. You can also email Kubify (support@kubify.co) with any questions you have about making the ePoster stacks.Â
Deadline
The deadline for creating your ePoster stack is the 1st December, so that we can then open the ABPCO Awards ePosters Showcase 2026 on the 3rd December, giving everyone time to start exploring your work before the event.
But don’t worry if you want to add more content after this date. We do not lock the ePosters even when they are published. So you can simply return to edit as normal. Viewers will always see the up-to-date saved ePoster.
We’re looking forward to seeing your work showcased in this way. The aim is to shine a light on the wonderful work done by ABPCO members and help the learning and best practices to be spread more widely within our community.Â
We will be holding a webinar for ABPCO finalists on the Monday 19th October at 2pm (UK time). During this webinar we will give a demo of an ePoster stack being made using Learning Toolbox and answer any questions you have about the ABPCO Awards ePosters.Â
Here is the link to join the webinar:

The webinar will be recorded and the recording added to this Support Page. However, if possible, it is best to attend the webinar live, so that you can ask questions as well.
Please can you make sure that you have completed the following by the 1st December:
- Created your ePoster stack and added your content
- Added the stack summary information to your stack
This will allow us to publish all the ePoster stacks to the ABPCO Awards Showcase and open that showcase on the 3rd December.
Don’t worry if you realise you want to make a change to your ePoster stack after this date. This will still be possible as we do not lock the published ePosters. You can return to edit and save it as normal. Viewers will always see the up-to-date saved version.

Be inspired by other authors
You can explore the ABPCO Awards ePosters showcase 2025 to get inspiration from the ePosters made by the brilliant 2025 finalists. You can also watch the short videos below, where some of our wonderful research authors explain how they choose what to include in their conference ePosters.
Thousands of ePoster authors are using Learning Toolbox to share and present their work at conferences and events. The ePosters can be as simple as an uploaded PDF file, but can also include more interactive and engaging material, as well as background information.
Below are short videos with 4 of our authors in which they talk about what they chose to include in their ePosters. Thank you very much to Amy, Komal, Nathan and Sytske for making these videos. We hope they inspire and help new authors.
