- 19th May – Invitation emails sent to ePoster authors from Learning Toolbox (no_reply@ltb.io)
- 2nd June at 11am CT – Webinar for authors. Zoom meeting link.
- 24th August DEADLINE – Finalise your stack (ePoster/presentation) and mark as ready to print and publish
