When you invite your users to your domain, you should send them an email with instructions of what exactly the need to do. We recommend that authors who are new to the Learning Toolbox sign up the subscription link on a computer or large tablet, while regular users should scan the subscription QR code with their mobile device.
The labels in square brackets should be replaced by whatever applies in your case. We have indicated optional text using curly brackets. You are of course free to adjust the text to your needs and those of your users.
Email for authors (preferably use the subscription link)
Dear Learning Toolbox user,
{ We have created a domain in the Learning Toolbox for [ORG NAME] and would like to add you to it. OR [OTHER INTRO] }.
To join the domain [DOMAIN NAME] as an author, please follow these steps:
- Click on the following link to become a member in the domain: [SUBSCRIPTION LINK]. We recommend you do this on a computer, laptop, or large tablet. It works the same on a mobile phone, but it might feel a little cluttered.
- If you do not have an account in the Learning Toolbox, please click on “I don’t have a Learning Toolbox account” to create an account first. Once the account is created, go to https://my.ltb.io and sign in. You are now a member of the [DOMAIN NAME] domain.
- If you already have an account in the Learning Toolbox, please enter your email and password and click on “Sign in”. You are now a member of the [DOMAIN NAME] domain.

To start creating stacks, go to https://my.ltb.io and sign in with your account. Click on Signed In on the top right, select the domain [DOMAIN NAME], and click on Create Stack.

To join the domain [DOMAIN NAME] {as a regular user}, please follow these steps:
- Install the Learning Toolbox app on your mobile phone or tablet.
- Create an account using the Learning Toolbox app.
- Sign in to the Learning Toolbox app.
- Scan the QR code below with the Learning Toolbox app scanner. In order to do this, you will need to open this email on a computer so that you can scan the QR code. We are working on a better way to do this by just using your mobile device.

After you have scanned the QR code, you will see a confirmation in the app telling you that you have been added to the domain. If the domain administrator has linked a stack to the invitation, this stack will open after scanning the QR code.

To start exploring stacks, either scan the QR code of a stack (if you got one) or open the Search on the app. You can also explore the stacks on a computer. For this, sign in to https://my.ltb.io, click on Signed In on the top right, select the domain [DOMAIN NAME], and click on Stacks.
