- On 8th February – You will be emailed an invite link from Learning Toolbox to start creating your e-presentation
- 10th February 2021- Webinar showing you how to create your e-presentation.
- 10th February – Deadline for choosing your webmeeting presentation date and time
- 12th March 2021 – Deadline for completing your e-presentation
- 15th – 24th March 2021 – Your e-presentations are presented in scheduled webmeetings
- 25th – 26th March 2021 – Your e-presentations are promoted during the live conference
