Advice for AMEE 2022 REMOTE Presenters

Live presentation online (remote presentation)

If your ePoster has been accepted for live presentation online (remote presentation) then AMEE will tell you the date and time of your ePoster presentation session. You are expected to be present for the full 90 minutes of the ePoster presentation session. Please turn up early to your session to meet the Chair person and make sure you are ready to present. Up to 15 authors will present their ePosters in each presentation session. Each author at AMEE 2022 will have 3 minutes to present and 2 minutes for questions. These remote sessions will be run using Zoom. Details of the Zoom meeting link will be sent to you before the conference. Within the Zoom meeting you will be able to share your screen and you can then open your ePoster and show any of the content that you have included in your ePoster stack. Delegates will be able to explore your full ePoster after the presentation, so you do not need to show everything.

We will also provide some guidance and answer questions about the live presentations as part of the second webinar we run for ePoster authors in August.

While you are making your ePoster, you will already be able to check how your ePoster stack will appear and work onscreen by clicking on its preview button.
